Peacefully Yours

Peacefully Yours

Peace I leave to you, my peace I give to you.. the priest expressed.. We always heard this on massess and I, taking it by heart to come inside of me.

Since last year I’m praying to have this gift. Slowly now as I have accepted the gift of peace with sobriety, my heart became simpler.

Being in someone else’s possession (work matters) is a blessing in the sky yet a hardwork to always try. No pain, no gain no rain no grain….. all work no pause and play..kayod kalabaw ika nga.

When you are worthy of the plenty, there’s no denying that some parts of you is subject to frailty.. Imagine when you take out the fish in the sea, it gasps for breath and that happened to me. again…

A trip to the emergency room again.. oh hello Sphygmomanometer.. Then, I promised to my beloved self to take care of her.. better this time..

When the threatening side of health complains, you start to appreciate LIFE even more that you ONLY  just wanted to breathe smoothly and you’ll be glad to be ALIVE.

“Slow down, Take a deep breath, what’s the hurry? Why wear yourself out? Just what are you after anyway?” –Jeremiah 2:25

Danae Dacono

Then, this verse whispered to me. Yes, I am always running late that I neglected what truly matters even my peace of mind. This God-given gift of peace is free yet so precious that will give you pure harmony when greatly valued.

Peace is the unfailing gift of God for us. It flows richly from his throne of grace. Like what happen to the Istralites, they could not store up manna for the future but had to gather it daily. For the habitual collecting of manna regularly, kept the people aware of their dependence on God.

Similarly God will give  us  sufficient peace for the present when we come to him  by prayer and petition with thanksgiving.

If  God will give us permanent Peace, independent on his presence we might fall into trap of self-sufficiency. and he never wants that to happen.

God designed us to need him in every moment. As our awareness of our neediness increases, so does our realization of his abundant sufficiency.

That he can meet every one of our needs without draining his resources at all. We just need to approach his throne of grace with bold confidence, receiving his peace with a grateful heart.

I see daylight that when you prioritized your peace you:

1.) must be INTENTIONAL–  When suddenly soaked on deep waters, peace isn’t random. It’s a valuable choice that must be produced by faith.

Experiencing shortness of breath makes me want to breathe life more. –Djoyfulheart

2.) must not allow change to change your focus but only allows you to FOCUS ON WHAT REALLY MATTERS. There’s always a pot of gold by switching your time and attention to where they can make a difference.

It’s amazing how much peace comes from not taking social media seriously and not making so much time for it. –Djoyfulheart

3.) must be FAITHFUL -When you are fully committed in your faith, your peace comes from the assurance that God is ever faithful in spite of the threatening emergency or struggles you feel.

Your faith will save you and give you pure peace. –Luke 7:50

Danae Dacono

So Dearies, my hopes for all of you is to acknowledge the fact that life happens, and some situations are above our pay grade no matter how good and healthy we think we are.

That life is vulnerable and health is always valuable. That we shouldn’t longer wait for life to happen before we accept the precious gift of peace that God freely gives.

Whatever is stressing us about, peace should be our portion and we shouldn’t exchange our clutter with the peace that passes all understanding.

May you be the peace that you seek.
